STEP 2: File Upload/Instructions

LOGO UPLOAD* • ALL LEVELS

Upload your company logo today (so we can add it to our t-shirts) or email it to tigermusicalplaybill@gmail.com by December 15, 2024.

*Preferred file type is .eps, .ai, or .svg. You may send a high-resolution jpeg if you do not have those.

MUSICAL PLAYBILL AD* • Underwriter, Principal, & Coach Levels
Email your print-ready ad (see ad specs below) to tigermusicalplaybill@gmail.com by December 15, 2024.
Design your ad according to the ad specs below:
Coach Level: Half page (no bleeds) = 4.75w x 3.75h, full color
Principal Level: Half page (no bleeds) = 4.75w x 3.75h, full color
Underwriter: Full page with bleeds = 5.5w x 8.5h, full color (size includes .125 bleed on each side)
*Preferred file type: JPEG or PNG at 300dpi.
Also accepted: PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG

STEP 3: Submit This Form

REMINDERS:

  • Sponsorship deadline is December 15, 2024.

  • Email your ad content (text and images) for ad design services to tigermusicalplaybill@gmail.com by December 1, 2024.

  • Email your print-ready ad to tigermusicalplaybill@gmail.com by December 15, 2024.

  • Make your payment as soon as possible. See payment notes below.

Check: Make checks out to AMCHS Choir Booster Club. You will be emailed instructions on where to deliver your payment.
